Rodney Hearth opens with the porkies. Gene Ho's son raises show pigs in Arkansas, walks them with nothing but a stick, and the sport is big money with sponsored competitors and millions of views. Then the Clarity Act. Gene calls it a shocker... the Democrats handed over their own 400 pages of safeguards, the bill went from 200 pages to 600, and they still voted no. It is dead for the year. But the Genius Act already passed, and it ties a stablecoin to the Federal Reserve dollar, which means 900 million people around the world with a phone and no bank can hold the US dollar, unless their government builds a walled garden the way Russia is.

Then the title question. In America you can say anything, you can even lie, that is free speech. Where the line gets drawn is a foreign government paying you to propagandize. You can still do it, but you register under FARA, and the DOJ just put everyone on notice that taking the money without registering is a crime you go to prison for. Rodney says every party and the blob are trying to stop Nigel Farage the same way, and Gene explains why what Trump pulled off, from complete outsider to commanding the Republicans and Congress, is one in a billion.
